What you will learn
Explain the butterfly effect as a metaphor for how small judgments about people can have large and unpredictable consequences.
A tool you can use this week
The Ripple Map, an original Civility Experts tool that traces one small judgment about a person through four rings: the decision it shaped, its effect on the person, its effect on the team, and its effect on the organization and its reputation. The worksheet helps you apply it to a real situation this week.
