What you will learn

Explain how sorting people into in-groups and out-groups creates the conditions for biased judgments at work.

A tool you can use this week

Think, Feel, Do, an original Civility Experts framing of a standard distinction in social psychology: a stereotype is a belief about a group (think), prejudice is an attitude or feeling toward people because of their group (feel), and discrimination is behaviour that treats people unequally because of their group (do). The worksheet helps you apply it to a real situation this week.
