What you will learn
New leaders often continue to do the work they were promoted from, and add the leader's role on top. This micro module makes the case for delegation, examines the beliefs that cause leaders to hold on, and sets out which responsibilities stay with the leader and which can be handed over. It introduces the Eisenhower Matrix and ten readiness questions, and ends with a sort of the learner's own working week.
A tool you can use this week
The My Delegation Sort worksheet, which you download and complete for a real situation of your own.
