What you will learn

People extend a measure of trust to a new leader because of the role, and they confirm or withdraw it according to what they observe. This micro module defines trust, shows how early trust is kept or lost, and explains the Trust Equation described by Maister, Green and Galford: credibility, reliability, intimacy and self-orientation. It ends with an original self-check, a personal reflection and one commitment to act on.
