What you will learn
Describe how short-term stress prepares the body and mind for a challenge, and how it differs from chronic stress.
A tool you can use this week
The Stress Signal Check: notice the signs, name what the stress is telling you, then use it when the challenge is right-sized or reduce it when it is too much or lasts too long. The worksheet helps you apply it to a real situation this week.
