What you will learn
Civility that lives in one person is fragile; civility built into a team's shared habits lasts. This micro module explains how kind and rude behaviour spread, reviews the evidence on team-level interventions including CREW, a workplace kindness trial and anti-bullying programs, and shows how norms, rituals and the leader's example sustain change. It closes with a practical 30-day plan for your own team.
A tool you can use this week
