What you will learn
Leading people through change is one of the hardest tasks a new leader faces. This micro module begins with your own beliefs about change, explains the common sources of resistance, and teaches the four-stage change curve with a specific leadership response for each stage. It closes with six types of organizational change, three well-known company cases and a practical change plan for your own team.
A tool you can use this week
The My Change Leadership Plan worksheet, which you download and complete for a real situation of your own.
