What you will learn

Handing over a task is only the beginning of delegation. This micro module takes the learner through the three stages of the process: an initial conversation that covers who, what, when, why and how; ongoing support that coaches without micromanaging; and a completion stage built on fair review and recognition. It then introduces six levels of delegation and offers six workplace scenarios for practice in choosing the right level.
