What you will learn
People are capable of deep care for others, yet attention turns inward easily under pressure. This micro module presents current research on the underestimation gap, awe and the small self, giving, outward gratitude and perspective getting, with honest notes on the strength of each finding. It closes with a five-day practice in which you test your own predictions against what really happens.
A tool you can use this week
The My Other-Focus Week worksheet, which you download and complete for a real situation of your own.
