What you will learn
Civility has become a subject of serious scientific study. This elective micro module traces the shift from a disease model of psychology to positive psychology, the rise of social and affective neuroscience and behavioural science, and the applied research on workplace civility, including the CREW intervention. It closes with six practical questions that help HR and senior leaders read research critically before they act on it.
A tool you can use this week
