What you will learn
Every leader manages conflict, and few are shown how. This micro module explains the difference between managing and resolving conflict, groups the common causes into four areas a leader can influence, and teaches six interest-based principles for a respectful conversation. It then presents an original five-part conversation process, with guidance for remote and hybrid teams and a clear note on when a matter needs formal help. You finish with a written plan for a real conversation.
A tool you can use this week
The My Conflict Conversation Plan worksheet, which you download and complete for a real situation of your own.
