What you will learn
Good decisions need more than the first idea and the loudest voice. This micro module introduces lateral thinking through the nine dots puzzle, teaches the four-step Flip Your Assumptions tool, and shows new leaders how to use Edward de Bono's Six Thinking Hats, alone or with a team, to make decisions that are creative, balanced and respectful of every perspective.
A tool you can use this week
The Flip Your Assumptions and Six Hats worksheet, which you download and complete for a real situation of your own.
