What you will learn
Explain what an organizational needs assessment is, why it matters and when to conduct one.
A tool you can use this week
The Needs Assessment Roadmap. A four-stage path for assessing organizational needs before designing training: Prepare (scope, stakeholders, documents), Engage (interviews, focus groups, surveys, observation), Measure (existing data and baseline numbers), and Analyse and Report (patterns, root causes, whether training is the answer, documentation and follow-up). The worksheet helps you apply it to a real situation this week.
