What you will learn
Dr. Bayer's brand pillar holds that civility, practised consciously, continuously and consistently, rewards the person who practises it. This micro module examines the evidence: broaden-and-build theory, research on gratitude, and two major meta-analyses on kindness and well-being, presented with honest effect sizes. Learners then practise a two-week routine that builds the feedback loop between civil action, positive emotion and stronger working relationships.
A tool you can use this week
